FT/Receptionist/Administrative
Assistant to
provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and
related tasks. Responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, greeting
guests to administrative offices, mail distribution, correspondence,
requisition supplies, management of office equipment and additional
duties. Full time position requiring high school diploma or GED and 1 year
minimum office admin experience. 
FT/Development
Assistant provides
administrative support for all Development Department functions and is
responsible for processing of data within the AAM’s membership database,
facilitating member correspondence— including membership renewal and
acknowledgment letters— assistance in planning, implementing and staffing
museum special events, annual benefits, exhibition openings, public programs,
and others. Full time. Bachelor's degree, excellent customer service, written
& verbal skills, and attention to detail required. 
PT/Human
Resources Officer, to provide administrative support for recruitment, training and
employment of all staff. The position will be responsible for coordinating
recruitment, maintaining job descriptions, administration of new hire
paperwork, and organizing staff trainings. Part time, year-round position. Bachelor’s
degree and 1 or more years of related admin experience. 
PT/Gallery
Guard, to
assist and monitor museum visitors in the galleries, assure a positive visitor
experience and proper and proactive action and maintenance for protection of
AAM exhibitions, as well as assist in emergency situations and gallery related
duties as required. High school diploma or GED and 2 years of customer service;
art gallery or related preferred. 
PT/Café
Services Associate, to Provide friendly, efficient and professional service in the
Museum Café for visitors and at special events. Requires training in food
service and delivery, bussing, food handling, barista duties, cash register and
related. Must be 21 years of age, HS diploma or GED with 1 year of food &
bev/customer service.  
PT/Visitor
Services Assistant, to greet and direct AAM visitors and provide information and
assistance to guests throughout their visit. Part time. High school
diploma or GED and 2 years previous customer service experience. ---Full
