Notice of Final Settlement
Pursuant to Section 38-26-107 C.R.S. 1973, as amended, the Town of Vail hereby gives notice that on December 12, 2008, settlement shall be made to Western Slope Utilities, Inc. for all work performed on the 2007 Alpine Drive Drainage Project located within the Town of Vail, Colorado. Any person, partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that has furnished labor, materials, provisions or other supplies used by such contractor or its subcontractors in or about the performance of its work contracted to be done and whose claim therefore has not been paid by the Contractor or his Subcontractors up to and including the time of final settlement is required to file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid with the Town of Vail, Attention: Chad Salli, 1309 Elkhorn Drive, Vail, Colorado 81657 on or before December 8, 2008 or the Town of Vail will be released from any and all Liability for such claim.

OF MONEY TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND SPENDING AGENCIES, IN THE AMOUNTS AND FOR THE PURPOSES AS SET FORTH BELOW FOR THE TOWN OF GYPSUM, COLORADO FOR THE 2009 BUDGET YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has adopted the annual budget in accordance with the local government budget law, on December 9, 2008;
WHEREAS, the Town Council has made provisions therein for revenues in an amount equal to or greater than the total proposed expenditures as set forth in said budget, and;
WHEREAS, it is not only required by law, but also necessary to appropriate the revenues provided in the budget to and for the purposes described below, so as not to impair the operations of the Town.
